Unpaid, volunteer fanciers.... just like YOU! WHO QUALIFIES FOR ASSISTANCE? Anyone qualifies who has been active in the sport of dogs for more than five years and is in good standing with the American Kennel Club... someone just like YOU! HOW CAN YOU GET HELP? All that is needed is a simple letter addressed to THE DOG FANCIERS' FUND. It may be written by you, one of your friends, or even a relative. WHERE IS HELP FOUND? This is a "grass-roots" organization. It was established BY the people, FOR the people. Everyone can benefit IF everyone gives! Even though many people and clubs have made donations to THE FUND, we need each and every fancier to join in with donations of any and all amounts. If you can only give once, that's OK, but THE FUND will grow and become self-supporting IF YOU give what you can, as often as you can. We're asking you to make THE FUND your brag box. THE FUND needs your support... NOW! We all know examples of spontaneous
camaraderie and compassion that dog people provide to their fellows when
tragedy strikes. We've all rallied and "been there" in the
past and will continue to do so in the future. However, THE
FUND is a centralized way to make to make many small donations
multiply in a more organized form. |
